how to change the FD_SET using FD_SETSIZE

Hi

i am doing socket programming in windows . i want to change the size of FD_SET. i used #define FD_SETSIZE 10. i include it before the header file. But programe till take default 64. what to do to change it.

Even if you set do a #define FD_SETSIZE 10 before the header files, the value is going to overwritten in your header file because somewhere in your header files, you will have a line like #define FD_SETSIZE 64.
I think the only way to change it is to change the header files.

BTW, why exactly do you have such a requirement? Maybe the problem could be solved some other way.

i solve this by using the condinal preprocessor.
