A programe called PerfectNav redirects my start page in Internet explorer to a website called Coolsearch.biz.
I tried to delete PerfectNav from my Windows 2000 registrary and when I change the start page value/data in CURRENT_USER in the key internet explorer to my start page which is optusnet.com.au the data returns back to Coolsearch.biz.  Please let me know how can I get rid of or delete the programe that redirects my start page.

Thank you
