Hi

I cannot export to an RTF format. I get a Failed to export the report error. When trying to register crxf_rtf.dll I get "C:\windows\Crystal\crxf_rtf.dll was loaded but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found"
How can I solve this, thanks

There are other dll's that this one is dependant on that may be the cause of the problem.  See this for more information: http://support.businessobjects.com/library/kbase/articles/c2012282.asp

If this doesn't solve your problem please let us know what version of CR you're working with.
