Is there a fix for the searchpage.html error in Internet Explorer 6?
I am running Windows 2000Pro sp4.

I have trieds many of the supposed fixes by Adaware and Spybot, but they do not work.

The home page continues to start at searchpage.html no matter what I do.

I have deleted all the files I have found in the registry only to have them come back after I reboot.

Thank you
Phil

Also make sure you are getting the most upto date reference file for adaware.  If you have a plus version that was a trial or an older version of adaware the reference file doesn't seem to dl right.  Then perform a custom scan and have everything checked except the two or three items that have exclude in them.
