We have setup a VPN between two of our buildings to link the networks.  We can find resources using the IP address but cannot see resourses when we browse using the computer's name.  The routers are a PIX 525 and 505.  The network is Microsoft.

To browse a WAN you need to use WINS (or possibly DNS with Win2k and up)

easiest thing would be
1) install 1 WINS server and set all pc's as a client of it
or
2) install a WINS server in each site, set all pc's as clients, and configure replication between the two servers

this will do it
