I have 2 Windows 2000 Servers (domain controllers) in the same domain for redundancy.  On server 1 I have a folder with a number of database files.  I would like to have a way to copy that folder/file structure to the other WIndows 2000 Server several times a day.   The gaol here is if server 1 goes down, server 2 will have the AD replication and my database replication so uses can continue to work.

Yes, robocopy is a great resource to have..  It will copy the ACL's along with the data files, which is VERY nice..!!
