Could someone please recommend a class(s) for beginnier Notes database developement.  I need to create a tracking system in a database that will route and track complaints as they are taken off the phone.  I have programming experience in VBA and have built simple discussion and posting Notes databases so far.  I am located in Tampa, FL but can travel.

There is a standard course from Lotus for this, offered by many computer training centers.  I'm SURE there's at least one training company in Tampa that offers this.  The only problem is, demand isn't high enough for this to necessarily be shceduled on any frequency.  I do know someone who recently took this course in New York City.

I think TLCC also offers a CBT course.
