work with WinIo.dll

Hi Friend !!
i'm working in a project  that needs to use parallel port.
My operating system is (Win XP) and language is VB6.
i  have a problem with initialize this .dll.
in fact initialize function of this dll don't work and take error.

WinIo.dll is not supported in WinXP , 2000 due to security reasons ,,
i had the same problem but i found another 3rd parity Dll same as this one which works
in all versions of windows here it is:
http://www.geekhideout.com/downloads/io.dll
