Mailbox compare

I am looking for a tool which compare between two mailboxes  :all folders , messages , attachments etc.
A tool which compare folders is also sufficient.
Environment - and outlook office (2000, XP(2002) or 2003)

One way to do it is by using Exmerge 2000/2003.

Export mailbox A into a PST with Exmerge.
Import PST into mailbox B with the option to not import duplicates.
The logging should show the differences.

If you do not want to have the messages stored in the mailbox, copy the contents of both mailboxes to inspection mailboxes first. This can also be done with Exmerge.
