can you still send emails after you get the message? i used to see that on some client computers, but the email server was linux not ms exchange... to resolve it i applied office service packs and on one client i deselected check for mail at specific time intervals. the client still received mail but stopped getting the termination errors, which i believe were due to multiple sessions being opened and not being terminated properly on the mail server.

but check out these articles as well.

I've given some good comments and articles to refer to but no response from ramkumar.

If there is no update response, i think i should get the points.
