Every time I boot my PC, I get an error message that imagstart.exe failed to start, located in mod ioready.dll.  The zip drive works, but the message is annoying.  How can I remedy this?

1. make sure the zip drive is connected and up before starting the computer
2. reinstall the driver and the software.
3. check for newer version of the software
4. check for know issues
