Can't do a sync of Contacts between Outlook & Palm m500

I just installed software for Palm m500 on a desktop computer.  I am using Outlook as the software on the desktop.  All of my information is currently on the handheld.  When I Sync the Mail, Expense, Note Pad and Calendar do it correctly.  I can't sync the Contacts on the handheld into Outlook.  Here is the message I get:

There are two categories with the same (case-insensitive) name <Unfiled>. Each category must have a unique spelling.

      412: HHCategory
      845: BaseConduit

I can't figure out how to fix that.  Can anyone help?

There are two categories in Microsoft Outlook or in the handheld with the same name but different cases. Each Microsoft Outlook category and each handheld category must have a unique spelling. To resolve this problem, you will need to delete one occurrence of the category noted in the log from Outlook or in the handheld.

To view your handheld categories, open your Address Book, To Do List, or Memo Pad and tap on "All" (in the upper right hand corner of the handheld). Then tap on "Edit Categories". Look for two instances of the same category name but with different cases. Delete one of these category names.

To view your Microsoft Outlook categories, click on your  Contacts and click "View/Current View/By Category". Look for two instances of the same category name but with different cases. Delete one of these category names.
