I have a Windows Outlook .wab file which I need to put into a database.  I can't work out how to get it into a tab-delimited or Excel format (which can then easily convert into the Filemaker database).  Can anyone help?  I'm now tearing my hair out - and the Windows Outlook app didn't have any other choices for Export except .wab.
Many thanks!

hey

Do you see file --> export ---> other address book in outlook express
in that there is an option for text file  . Do that and then you should be able to import into excel

check this : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308665&sd=tech

Or an alternate way if you have microsoft outlook , is to transfer the address book to outlook and then
you can export it as an excel file
