Filtering big attachments in Blackberry

We have 4 BBs (2 of monochrome and 2 color) for use of the mobile sales personnel. One big problem we face is the attachments of huge sizes (garment designs and photographs) being received and blocking the spcae both in the web site as well as the handheld. All our requests to the senders not to send such attachments are of no avail.
Is there any filtering mechanism by which such attachments are not downloaded or atleast diverted to a separate folder so that the BB user can see them later. Obviously, if a message alone is downloaded to the handheld, giving a reference to the attachment, it will be helpful.
I have asked this query to Blackberry's support but I am bing asked to furnish them with all irrelevant information like the Machine No etc., but the solution itself has not been given.

The BES server will only send attachments down in 2KB chunks when you request it to!  The only way I can see of doing this is by putting an attachment restriction on your exchange server.
