HI,

I have just migrated from Eudora to outlook  2003. In Eudora all my attachments would be put in a folder called attachments & i could find any file i needed pretty fast. In outlook the closest i can get is to move all mails with attachments to a folder. I find this pretty frustrating so if any one out there has any solutions for me .....I'm waiting....

Thanks

You could setup a rule in outlook to run against all incoming messages where any message that has an attachment, move a copy to AttachmentsFolder.  This will eliminate having to manually move messages.

There are some third party add-ins to save email attachments to a hard drive folder outside of outlook.
