I would like to customize the message that is generated to users when their mailboxes have reached the designated 'issue warning' constriction.  This seems simple but I have been unable to find a solution.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks for your help!

Tell ya what!  You are in luck :-)

Here is a link that will describe how you do this.  Mind you, it is still not supported by PSS (Microsoft Product Support Services), so you won't get any help from them if it doesn't work.  It doesn't mean your "server" is unsupported, just this particular feature.

Ben,

Thanks so much for your help.  It seems like this wasn't as easy a solution as I had initially thought!

Take care,
