Automating replies

I have built a system for a client in Access which has a link to the inbox of their Outlook 2003. However The data that I capture using this method is incomplete. I have thought about this again and what I want to do is the following,

1. Visually identify an email from a client that I want to respond to (easy bit) in outlook.

2. Open that email and then somehow have the ability to chose from say three or four distinct bodies of text. For example if robfell@xyz.com sends an email to a client requesting 'basic information' having a choice of basic information, price list, consent form, etc is it possible I can have the option to include in my reply email the body of text relating to 'basic information'.

I am not all that familiar with Outlook 2003 and have looked at doing this VBA styley but cant get started. Has anyone done this before !!!
