I am trying to get access for 2 users to another user's calendar to work properly in Outlook 2002-- the calendar owner has a Blackberry device that they carry &amp;&nbsp;use quite frequently. &nbsp;These 2 users want to be able to monitor the calendar, set up appointments &amp;&nbsp;accept invitations. &nbsp;This access was set-up by someone else &amp;&nbsp;these folks have been encountering appointments &quot;disappearing&quot;. &nbsp;Can anyone help out on how this should be set-up so that the 2 users can access the calendar, but not harm existing appointments?
