image manipulation in flash

Hello everybody,

can somebody point me to some tutorial or describe what is going on with the images at the begining of each section of this flash page http://www.okworks.com/?  I am talking about the begining when the picture at first appears.

probably using a "setProperty" and "getProperty" application to create a magnifying and warping structure. Maybe an algorithm... -> http://www.actionscript.org/showMovie.php?id=244
