Cold Fusion Code

Now I had someone install my servers etc.  I think that he put CF on there.  The problem is - it shows up in my control panel, but I cannot find it anywhere on the server.

So I found this code:
<cfset nowtime = Now()>
    The date today is <cfoutput>#DateFormat(nowtime, 'mm/dd/yy')#</cfoutput>

And then in the browser (when named cf.html)
The date today is #DateFormat(nowtime, 'mm/dd/yy')#

And when named cf.cfm;
Page cannot be found.

So is Cold Fusion installed or do I need to install it?

Thanks!
