Can't do MS KB resolutions for event id 10003

Hi,
 I cnt resolve the problem as stated by microsoft. Can someone help. I have no idea from the Application tab part. thanx!

the problem is here:

On the Applications tab, in the list of DCOM servers, browse to the Machine Debug Manager entry. If this entry does not exist, type the following command at a command prompt to add the entry:
mdm.exe /regserver

there is no mdm.exe found...

Are you running this command on the relevant box, or remotely?

Log onto the server via Remote Desktop, and try and execute the command from a Local Admin account
