Since you have not mentioned what kind of DLL you have.
If its an ActiveX DLL developed in VB than have a look at this.

Thanks
I used vbdl in MFC application.
It's running well. but only on My System.
I registered it like regsvr32 vbdll.dll
When i run my application on other system then it doesn't call dll's function. No error but fail to call functions of dll. why?

Check whether the required dependent DLL's are present on the target system?

You can do this by using a dependency walker which comes with Visual Studio.
