ICQ behind firewall and proxy

Is any service ,how how to communicate ICQ when out intranet is blocket with firewall and proxy server??
I have tried to setings our proxy in ICQ, but it doesn't work anyway.

I mean, something like e ICQ2Go!, but without Java aplets, they are blocket  too.

If port 80 isn't open to the outside messenging servers (AIM, Yahoo, ICQ, MSN), then you won't be able to get out with ANY messenger service...  sorry !
