Inserting a Toolbar in a frame??!!!???!!!

Hi

I am creating a web site and need to insert a toolbar as when the webpage is viewed you cant see the remainder on the frame.

go to this website and you will see what i mean.  it is the area in green

also under contcat there is a counter and copyright message that you cant see

Insert a Blank Pixel.gif all the way on bottom and increase its height

you have it like this

<frame src="LeftNavBar.htm" name="leftFrame" scrolling="NO" noresize>

this means you dont want it to Scroll. Either Increase the Height of Frame in the FrameSet settings or take out Scroll="NO" attribute.

You can (also) put the menu into a table to reduce the space between the images.
