OUTLOOK INBOX not retrieve email from exchange server
I work for a company (MANTECH) that is installing a new site for Southcom in Florida. I have set up a new 2000 exchange serverwith sp3 on WIN2000 Advance server SP3. I ran Forestprep and Domainprep and installed the ADC connector. THe new system admin came on site and created user accounts and email accounts separately. When a User connects to the exchange server using Outlook XP he can send emails to others in the group, I can track them on exchange but they do not appear in the OUTLOOK inbox, it looks like they are on the exchange server client store. When the sender sets the options for return receipt for delivery, nothing comes back.
I have connected to the exchange server using outlook express and nothing appears in the email in box. I also tried NETSCAPE messenger. With outlook express I get a 550 error, no forwarding allowed, when I try to send an email.
All of these servers and workstations are JDIS certified.

Yes to all of the above. I ended up re-install the exchange server and the problem went away.
