Our HR department has a mailbox that receives internet mail from potential employees.  It also handles the schedule for their interviews that involve internal users.

They'd like to set up an auto reply message for internet mail received.

I've tried setting up a simply reply mail agent. It works well, but it replies to all mail received including responses to calendaring items.

Can someone help me put together an agent that will do the following:

- reply only to internet mail
- reply using a set from address "whatever@whatever.com"
- reply using a set subject
- reply using a set response
- pull in the current date into that response

Thanks so much!

Use Rules.. to move the mail looking for employees and move it a folder (say PEFolder)

Then write an agent which will run when new mail has arrived and use command like this

@MailSend( From; ""; ""; "Thanks for your msg..."; "Body Message goes here"; "")

I forgot include if condition .. this will be the one

@If( Subject = "resume" | Subject = "Application"; @MailSend( From; ""; ""; "Thanks for your msg..."; "Body Message goes here"; "") ; "")

Thanks, but they don't always come in with those subjects.  And our HR department wants to be able to see them in the Inbox and move them into the folders themselves.

I'd be willing to scale it back to have it just reply to mail documents and not calendar items.

Also, their reply message is quite long and in a letter format.  It's imperative to keep it looking as such.

In the agent which runs when new mail arrives.. click on Add Search and select by form used and select Memo,

And use your simple action as reply to the msg
