Download Counter for files on webpage

Hi

This is my first time in designing a webpage using frontpage.
I want to put some files on webpage for others to download.
I want a counter that is incremented each time the file is downloaded.
Is is possible to have the counter increment instantaneously on the webpage without the use of  refresh button.
Can anyone tell me where can i find such a thing ?
Please remember i am noob and i will need step by step explanation for implementing that.

Thanks.

iCe.

Hi iCe,

Please check this link.  It is free to use and looks nice:

Read it carefully.  You can scroll down to: Files Contained in the Download Packge,  then download the files.

Good luck
