Set Up Nfs Server, for Redhat Linux network install

How do you set up an NFS or FTP server on a Windows computer so that you could upload RedHat Linux on it for others to download? Any good websites with instructions or guides?

I need to do this so that i can do a network install onto a server that does not have a functioning cdrom.

you need a 3rd party NFS service running on the windows, go here to download one:
