Not able to Issue a certificate (template) in CA for Windows 2003 SBS
I have created a certificate template on my CA server. This template is a duplicte of a pre-defined template (Smartcard Logon). I have set my parameters, and made sure I checked the publish in active directory check box. When I go to Certification Authority, and right click on Certificate Templates and select new >Â Certificate Template to Issue, the template I created is not in the list. I have tried everythign I can think of, and can not get that to show up in the list. My knowledge of the CA service is minimal, and this is my first time setting up something like this. I am against a fast approaching deadline, so I would appreciate your help.

I did some research on the Microsoft Website, and found the following statement:
Although Version 2 templates can be created and duplicated in the Windows Server 2003 family, certificates that are based on Version 2 templates can only be issued by a certification authority that is running Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, or Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition.
Since I am running 2003 Small Business Server, this project will not work.
