Hi,

I'm working on TAPI now, but not with VB. You have 2 sources to get a help:
1) Online MSDN: www.msdn.microsoft.com. What to search? There are a lot of code examples there, and there are also an articles in Microsoft System Journal. I found there a lot of info and examples in C. You can find in VB eather.
2) TAPI newsgroups:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=microsoft.public.win32.programmer.tapi
This is a forum for guys who are deal with TAPI, and there are 2-3 TAPI experts who answer the questions. They also write there a links for related info.

Hope that I helped you,

Sasha.

Buy the way: If you don't  care not to use DirectX and you are looking for a SImple solution, go to TAPI 2.x, it's simpler.
