Can't add Microsoft FlexGrid Control 6.0 to a Form (not properly licensed)

I am trying to add the Microsoft FlexGrid Control 6.0 to a form and it says "The control could not be created becasue it is not properly licensed".  How do I fix this?

Thanks but the only problem is I am using VB.net.  That utility only works if VB 6 is installed.
