PKZIP file

I got couple file which is being zip after using the pkzip command
are there a way to change couple files in the zip file without changing the timestamp of the zip file?

In WINRAR you can set when add files to a compressed file if you want mantain the original timestamp in:

Time & date tab: File timestamp, Original timestamp from file
