I cannot find a patch or fix for this W32.FRANCETTE.WORM. My computer is slow now because of this, I've tried to format the hard drive, but still it exists. I do not know how to get rid of this virus.<br />

I am running Windows XP. Both McAfee and Norton pick up the virus but neither of them can quarantine nor repair the file.<br />
