hi,

i am using crystal reports 9 and asp. the reports are displayed fine, but when the user prints, they have to go through 4 steps to print the report.
1. Export the Report to PDF
2. Click on Open to open as PDF file in Acrobat reader
3. Click Print in Acrobat to open the Print dialog
4. Print the report

is there any other way to print the report directly, without these steps

thanks

Unfortunately the Crystal site seems to be down right now.

I know there are limitations on printing from CR9 using RAS but since I don't use either, I am not sure what they are.

Seems when Crystal added unicode they chose to use PDF as their printing method.
