DirectX Component could not be loaded ??

I'm running Windows 2003 Server I have an Nvidia GeForce 128MB and have the latest drivers but when I installed DirectX 9.0b it says "one or more directx components are disabled, see dxdiag" and in dxdiag it says:

The file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL).  You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.

To test DirectDraw functionality, click the "Test DirectDraw" button above.

Direct3D functionality not available.  You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.

If your not using AMD 64bit then back to the basic Forceware driver

If you're still having problems & DX9.0b isn't letting you play (rather than just telling you the file is unsigned) check you have the most up-to-date AGP drivers for your motherboard & failing this some users have managed to bypass the issue by installing pre-Forceware drivers from Nvidia's archives

This is because the driver you have installed has not been tested by Microsoft and the WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Lab). Did you get any warnings or errors during the installation of the graphics driver?
You can obtain a driver for your card that is Digitally Signed (i.e. approved by Microsoft) at http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_56.72

If you want to allow Unsigned Driver installation (i.e. to allow the installation of drivers that are not approved by Microsoft) then Open Local Security Policy (Start -> Run -> secpol.msc) and navigate to Local Policies -> Security Options. In there there is a a Policy called Unsigned driver installation, change that to Warn but allow installation.

i foudn out this:

Q: Why do games not work on the Windows Server 2003 Beta?

A: There are two correct answers for this question:

Official Answer: Windows Server 2003 does not support game applications. Many of the functions needed to play games are either disabled or not present at all. Enabling this functionality is an unsupported configuration. Simply said: don't play games on Windows Server 2003. Period.

Unofficial Answer: Many games work well with Windows Server 2003, but require special steps be taken to ensure adequate gameplay. You must enable graphics acceleration, enable DirectX, and enable the Windows Audio service. Instructions for enabling these services can be found elsewhere in the Unofficial FAQ, or will be added shortly.
