NT AUTORITY\SYSTEM LSA Shell (export version)

When I am on the internet a box comes up saying LSA Shell (export version) has encounterd a problem adn  needs to close. It is initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. Status code is: 1073741819. My computer shuts down and restarts. What is going on.
