Imported Outlook Contact Subfolders do not show up in the Address Book but do in the Contacts Folder.
Outlook 2000 Contact & Address Book Problem- Under the Contacts Folder in Outlook Today -[Personal Folders], I have several separate subfolders each containing their appropriate contacts. The root Contact Folder itself is empty. These subfolders show up under the View->Folders List. Now the problem- When opening the Address Book, it shows the Contacts root folder (I think its the same Contact folder) but none of the subfolders. Therefore the Address Box and Contact folder is empty. Seems the Address Book is not pulling in the subfolders. The Address Book worked fine with these subfolders on the machine they were imported from. Everything else (In Box, Sent Items etc.) imported perfectly (*.pst & checked all subfolders) from this same machine. Only problem are these Contact Subfolders not available in the Address box.

Thanks to mark-wa for the quick and concise answer. This worked. Also to sunray 2003 but info. did not apply directly since we use Internet Mail only (which I failed to indicate).
You're welcome! Hope things keep working for you. Take care.
