Well when you register, I think you are given a few points(maybe 150). This allows you to ask as many questions as 150 can allow you(maybe 7 20pt questions or 1 150 point question). As a basic member, you are given 5 available points each day.<br />
You can get 200 available points by taking the EE survey.<br />
