Using custom form when replying from Public Folder

We are using Exchange 2000, and Outlook 2000-2003.

We have a mail-enabled public folder. When ever someone is replying to a mail in this folder we would like it to use a special Send As (From) account and add a special BCC.

How do I create a custom form for this, and how do I make sure that this form is used whenever a user replies to a mail in the public folder?

After I wrote the question I tried creating a form on my own. And I did as has ganongj also suggested. I simpy opened the IPM.Note form and added the From field and the BCC Field and entered the values I want to be present every time someone replies to a message in the public folder. I then published the form to the public folder with the Message Class IPM.Note.MyForm.

But what do I need to do to make sure that this is the form used whenever someone opens a mail in the public folder and clicks Reply?
