Permissions Tab on Delegates page is Grayed out in MS Outlook
I have 10 users on Microsoft 2003 SBS and the same number using Exchange Server. Two of my users have the Permission tab grayed out so even if I add users to access their calendar, inbox etc I can not set the permission levels. All the other users are okay and I have even tried removing the 2 users and adding them back with the same result. I cannot figure how to rectify this. The MS Tech support only mentions something about the Delegates tab grayed out.
