Force Clients to Stay on Domain.

I have several clients that select whether to log on to the domain or just the workstation. I am unable to perform certain administrative tasks when they do not log onto the domain.  I think what they are doing is when they log on after Ctrl+Alt+Delete they are selecting "Options" and then selecting the workstation as opposed to the domain. Their workstations all have mapped drives to the server so they are still able to do work and recieve mail from Exchange. I would like for this to stop. I would prefer that they not get their exchange mail or access their shares "unless" they are logged onto the domain. Is this possible?
