Analysis needed of network capture for failing Internet application.

I have an XP Prof machine connected to a hub and a cable modem with Norton Security (Firewall and Anti-Virus), with a Win ME machine also connected to the hub. I am having problems getting an application called Web Position Gold to communicate at all through the Internet. This application has worked before, but perhaps prior to upgrading to XP. I keep getting the generic message that there is no network availability. The vendor says there are no issues with XP. I am not having any Internet connectivity problems with anything else on my machine. The Web Position application works fine on the ME machine on the same simple network. So it is definitely an issue with my machine.

I've run the below network capture of the failing function of the application. I used a startup manager to disable everything so that I only have the volume control in my system tray upon boot. So this is the cleanest capture I can get.

I've also run this.

Thanks, Al.
