Alter\create windows user logon scripts for Active directory domain users

Is there any example of code to allow administrators to alter user accounts log on scripts programmatically? This could be similar to a macro but we may need to add some dynamic features like the ability to assign drive letters dynamically. For example, if a user has a T drive mapped we may need the script to find the next available letter to assign the next share.

I request the classes that would need to be added as well.
