Is it possible to set up an Outlook rule to mark certain incoming messages as "private" so they cannot be seen by an assistant with permissions to view the inbox?

We have Outlook 2002 tied to an exchange 2k server.  Have exec with an assistant who regularly accesses his inbox.  Some messages need to be private, however.  Optimally I'd like to set a rule marking incoming messages that meet certain requirements as "private" so they can be seen by him but not his assistant.  But I see no such option in the Rules Wizard.  Is this possible.

If that doesn't work, I'll just set a rule to move these messages to a certain subfolder that the assistant has no access to.  I know how to do that.

Thanks!
