Hi

We use Outlook 2002 at work. In a few weeks time we are being limited as to the amount of emails we can keep in our Outlook 2002 mailbox. As I am reluctant to delete emails can anyone suggest how I can save my old emails to a folder on my hard drive - rather than a copy and paste is there another way?

Thanks
