im using Redhat linux 7.3 and i just installed squid 2.4.STABLE7.<br />

when i run the /usr/local/squid/bin/squid<wbr /> -NCd1<br />

i got an error of &quot;FATAL: ipcache_init: DNS name lookup tests failed.&quot;<br />

I already check the /etc/resolv.conf and the only one there is the<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;nameserver XX.XX.XX.X - ip address of my main server and already try to remove it. and the same result...<br />
