We are using Citrix running on 3 Windows 2000 Servers. &nbsp;On one server, whenever a user starts Outlook 2003, it gives them a message that it was not able to start the last time. &nbsp;Would you like to start in Safe Mode. &nbsp;If they answer no, it starts up fine. &nbsp;But, the next time they logon to that server, they get the same message.<br />

I was wondering if there is a registry setting or some other way to stop this from happening. &nbsp;We are getting serveral calls a day for this one issue.<br />
