The terminal server cannot issue a client license.

Hi

Recently i purchaced TSCAL for 75 users. and i installed the TSCAL on the DC.
and i have two citrix servers Meta Frame XPE Feature Release 3 with 75 license

only 64 licence issued to the users. and still i have 11 TSCAL free

but in the event viewer of both citrix servers i can see the warning

The terminal server cannot issue a client license.

Are any of your clients unable to log access term serv? what types of clients do you have?

every body can log on to the system

i'm not using PC

each clients has thin clients (wyse thin clients model WT3125SE)

Well what does each of your citrix servers say is the licensing server? Do they point to the correct one in the registry or not? If they dont then follow the above TID and make sure they do!

Dear Shane

I made the DC (Domain Controller) as a licensing server, and both of citrix points to the DC.
