underscore in server names << prob with 2k server?

have just upgraded nt domain to 2k domain.

our server names all have underscores in e.g. Lorg_nt4. having some dns problems.
now that i think about it i've never seen an internet address with an underscore in. this is a problem right?

It's not normal practice, but you should be fine.

Cookies, however, don't like "_"'s in Web servers. :)

one of the DCs will be an intranet server. I found an option on DNS to name check on "non RFC"
will that take care of cookies?

Just give it an additional A record such as www and you'll be fine.
