Hi guys,
Hope you can help because I seriously need it.

Users running windows nt have been using a utility called PrintNow.exe.
What it does is do a printscreen when the press PrintScreen but opens up a Printer dialog ready for them to print straight away instead of having to dump the print screen into an application such as Word etc to then print from.
Well low and behold since our migration to Windows XP, the program is incompatible.

My ask of you gurus is do you know of a compatible program that will work on Windows XP.

Any help will get you 500 points.

Thanks again.

Hi MIKEV,

> Scan with Sophos Antivirus (found/removed 5)
This kind of worries me, could be something has been left behind on the computer, let's do a manual scan:
Download Hijackthis: http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe
and put it in it's own folder, not on the desktop or any temporary folder.
Close all browser windows.
Run it, accept the first warning, click "scan" and then "save log"
Post the contents of the logfile here.

Greetings,
